Addazio Transferring to Boston College

Tight-end Louie Addazio has only spent a short time at Syracuse, but he is moving on as he will transfer from the Orange.

Tight end Louie Addazio will transfer from the Syracuse program to play for his father at Boston College. Sue Edson, Assistant Director of Athletics for Communications at Syracuse, confirmed the news Thursday night.

Addazio was not likely to contribute in the 2013 season, as Beckett Wales, Ron Thompson, and Josh Parris were all ahead of him on the depth chart. Incoming prospect Tyler Provo will also look to figure into the rotation. Recommended Stories
