Video: Todd Thomas

A Todd Thomas interception and fumble recovery on consecutive defensive series gave Pitt some early momentum.

Todd Thomas has averaged eight tackles a game in the second half of the season. It might also be coincidence that Pitt went 4-2 over that stretch, after starting 2-4 with Thomas only playing in two of those first six games.

Thomas' turnovers were a big help to the defense in many ways. He was also part of a defense that allowed just eight rushing yards for the game.

With four turnovers tonight, is there an exact science to turnovers? Thomas explains in his postgame interview. Recommended Stories
